Centre
St Matthew’s Centre is part of St Matthew’s Church, the striking parish church of Walsall.
The Centre, which was built in the 1960s, has been a lively hub for community use ever since. After an extensive refurbishment to improve disabled access in 2006, we have been welcoming all sorts of groups of all ages into our rooms: from playful toddlers and energetic Guides, to controlled martial arts practitioners and studious training classes, right up to the joyous singing of a seniors’ karaoke and a film group.
Our Rooms
The Centre offers a range of easy-access halls and meeting rooms available for hire.
You will have access to some simple kitchen facilities and WiFi, and can add extras such as sound equipment or projectors. Photocopying and lamination can also be negotiated.
